note to self…!
My outer world is an introspection of my inner world. To change my possibilities, I must start by changing my internal convictions, mindsets and sentiments. Now how will I change my internal flow without focusing on changing my outer situations, impacting the very first state of mind? so I started paying attention to the things I was naturally drawn to. Heard that they are often connected towards the actual path, passion and purpose in life. Tiny little fireflies and fairy inklings, lead me to my destined path. Insignificant hints that my subconscious mind catches to activate an internal GPS. Not to attain some sort of Nirvana or to win over the social battle of superiority but to live a life which makes me feel at peace, to validate my gut feeling, to understand the decision every cell in my body is making and to fulfill my daily duties towards the purpose of my existence. Reading many masters and their experiences I came across something which worked well for my being
“ If you want to reach a state of bliss, then go beyond your ego and the internal dialogue. Decide to relinquish the need to CONTROL, the need to be APPROVED, and the need to JUDGE. Those are three things the ego is doing all the time. It’s very important to be aware of them every time they come up.”
– Deepak Chopra
POSITIVE words can heal your life.
All my life I have used writing to express and learn. Words are profound and powerful manmade remedies on the screen which can heal your mind.
Take that in.
Words have the power to relate, transform and transition. Words can form actions, and transform fear into faith. The two most important senses of human emotions are hearing & seeing. Just like the sound of music or nature, writing is a healing tool. That’s why ancient Hindus believed in Chanting and Writing what they were chanting. Choosing a medium of positive writing will not only manifest dreams but it will inspire many to lead on that guided path. To silence the outer world’s noise. let’s work on the 3 most powerful words with red flags.

CONTROL
People who feel the need to control others, with their thinking, lifestyle and mindsets, Don’t have control over themselves. Control freaks are new-age manipulators, often using sarcasm and put-down others to inflate fear and self-doubts in the victims. Anyone manipulating this tactic to make others feel unworthy shouldn’t be acknowledged in our positive alignment. Whether it’s one’s ego or controlling nature, start to defer to that behavior. Shaming tactics can be very subtle such as fierce looks or glances, unpleasant tone of voice, rhetorical comments, and subtle sarcasm. Control freaks can make one feel ashamed for even daring to challenge them. It is an effective way to foster a sense of inadequacy in the victim. If there is someone in your life to whom you can’t speak the truth. And you walk on eggshells to avoid upsetting, you are being controlled or manipulated. Whether you receive or deliver this pattern. It will hinder your internal progress.
BE APPROVED
I am who I am. Your approval is not needed. We don’t need anyone’s appreciation or acceptance to be good enough. When someone denies or abandons you because of their convenience, it’s not about you. It’s about them and their insecurities, restrictions, and requirements. You don’t have to internalize that. Your worth isn’t contingent upon other people’s endorsement of you – it’s something inherent. You exist, and therefore, you matter. You’re allowed to voice your opinions and feelings. You’re allowed to assert your necessities and take up space. You’re allowed to hold onto the fact that who you are is exactly enough. And you’re allowed to subtract anyone from your life who makes you feel otherwise. Don’t seek approval, seek like-minded people with whom you can have an energy exchange to nourish one another. All of us are born with special powers, what inspires you will bring you close to your strength. Focus on deep intuitions to be guided further in this beautiful journey called life. Validate your inhibitions, that’s the only approval your higher self is seeking.
JUDGE
Judgments are the first sign of being illiterate. It’s easy to judge, and More difficult to understand. Understanding mandates compassion, forbearance, and a willingness to acknowledge that good spirits sometimes choose inadequate methods. Through judging, we separate. Through understanding, we grow. We live in a society where sinners judge sinners for sinning differently. It’s a group of commoners who suffer from superior complexity. Where everyone is quick in judging
with the slowest willingness of understanding. Before we assume, we must learn the facts. Before we hurt someone, feel their pain. Before we speak, think about the wider spectrum of the human psyche. Everyone has untold stories of pain and sadness that makes them love and live a little differently than you do. Ego judges people for the choices they make when the soul wonders about the options they must have had to choose from.
